Does anyone else wonder why these things always seem to happen in China. What the hell are they pumping into the water supply?

STUNNED doctors have discovered a one-year-old girl is carrying a BABY in her tummy. Little Kang Mengru, from China , left medics baffled after her belly became enlarged. Doctors carried out a CT scan to discover the cause of the growth and found a fetus inside her. They believe the tot is her parasitic twin. She is now waiting operation to have the tiny baby removed. Instances of a fetus growing inside of their sibling happens roughly once in every 500,000 births.
OK, is it me or does that sound way more frequent than you'd think?
What I want to know is, is the baby inside still alive, or it more like a tumor at this point?
