And they got the nerve to make this mess mandatory to some people...
BUMP THAT!
OK, so I'm not really speechless...
I have got to figure out how to upload audio clips. I just listened to a a great radio show with Dr. MayishaClairborne, MD and Dr. Elaina George in which they discuss the risks on the 2 different types of Swine Flu (N1H1) vaccines and natural ways to protect ourselves among other things.
One of the things they address is the stress levels we are under and how they can effect the diseases and aliments we get. One thing that we can do to help protect ourselves in a good cleanse. I am not saying go in a fast or anything crazy but a great product you can pick up is
You can find out more information on the product on their website @
Here are a few tips from Dr. Clairborne if you opt to not get the flu shot.
If you are sick, wash hands more, keep your distance from people who are sick.
Stay at home if you re sick. The flu spreads through droplets (which is why is many people are saying it is illogical to give people the vaccine in their nose).
Take Acute Cold & Flu Formula (ACF) by Buried Treasure daily and take more when/if you feel cold or flu symptoms.
Take 1000 mg of vitamin C daily to keep your immune boosted.
Stock up on ginger root and make a tea of it by boiling about an inch of it.
This too is a natural immune booster.
And of course, keep the basics of staying healthy in the forefront of your mind...
eat regular (healthy) meals, avoid dairy, avoid refined foods and sugars, sleep6-8 hours a night.

I ran out real quick to pick a head up of cauliflower (for the B'day dinner I cooked for my Mother, that she didn't eat) and as I came out of the store I saw this man waiting for the bus...
Now that's a Urban Cowboy right there...
Hmmm, maybe he got the first and the last of
October mixed up and got dressed for Halloween this morning.
Speaking of Halloween...What are you dressing up as this year?
