Tangy Tuesday...The Walmart Chronicles

I know this may sound nuts, but I really hope drugs has played a roll in the assembly of these outfits. Cause if not mental illness is running ramped in Walmart's across America.

This isn't even really tangy, just funny. Go head Grandpa 2-Face!
He's probably had this suit since his prom back 1936.

Oh Really Kimbo...

OK, I know this is not really Tre Cutacious but I love some Ultimate Fighting (M.M.A.)...
This season of the Ultimate Fighter, which airs on the Spike Channel, has Kimbo Slice on there; along with an array of huge dudes, many of who seem to be ready to kick his boootay!!!

Who is Kimco Slice you ask...well here ya go:

Kevin Ferguson (born February 8, 1974), better known as Kimbo Slice, is a Bahamian-American mixed-martial arts (M.M.A.)fighter. He is best known for several street fights which have spread primarily on the internet, leading Rolling Stone to call him "The King of the Web Brawlers". Slice is currently part of the tenth installment of The Ultimate Fighter which will go by The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights.

Kimbo Street/Backyard Fight (against unknown bloodied dude):

Kimbo MMA Fight (against Seth 'Rocky' Petruzelli):

PS: This dude only found out he was going to fight Kimbo when he got to the arena...I guess he was like a 'under study' for someone who punked out.

Now I'd preferably want to see Kimbo beat an a$$ (especially since the fights I've seen lately w/ no knockouts...I'm talking boxing) but I'd just as likely see him get his ass beat...I don't really care at this point. I just want to see a good fight...

The show is pretty entertaining though...Kimbo claims he wears that stocking thing on his head, which his coach, Rampage Jackson called a yamaka (really called a yarmulke), to keep his hair down.

What hair? He's about as bald George Jefferson was in in 197'6...anyway I don't care if he's bald or not, all I know is I really appreciate him doing something about that peezy a$$ chest half-chest hair thing he had going before..

Now that's offensive!

Quote of the episode: Said by Kimbo,
"It's like Marcus' big ass blew up and I'm one of the pieces?'

Anyway, Kimbo got his butt beat, yet again tonight and this go round it was by some big 33 year old Jello Giggler looking dude, Roy Nelson. Kimbo got in a god lick or 2 while standing but once he hit the mat he was like a damn turtle on his back...wasn't going anywhere. Roy just smothered him with his belly and proceeded to tap him (lightly I might add) repeatedly. It was so bad that Rashad's team proceeded to count the taps. I think they they got to at least 17 in a row with no answer from Kimbo...Tsk Tsk Tsk.

Here's a shot of Kimbo pinned to the mat.

Luckily for Kimbo, I don't think adding this loss to his list of them with dim his flame one bit. We're waiting for him to put someone to sleep like he used to in the backyard fights and will wait to see it...it better come soon though. There are plenty of hood dudes who want to pop on the scene and steals his shine.

Sherri Shepard is Dayummmn Lie...

Now she knows she is wrong for tell this lie...if she's a size 6, I'm MJ's last kids' Baby Momma (and I want my check).

And she wasn't a 16 in the inset above either, Hmph!

  • First off, the back of that bathing suit is probably cut wide open;

  • Second that's a 'Miracle' bathing suit for real;

  • Third I'd bet my MJ money the moment she took a breathe she passed the hell out.

Why does these Hollywerid women insist on telling us lies like we are deaf, dumb and blind?

And they wonder why we have complexes.

Shake ya Bam Bam, with some Samba...

A friend & ex-coworker of mine convinced me to take a
SAMBA Dance Class with her recently.

Their Samba class is held on Thursday's from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and
taught by Michelle Summers @

I went to last Thursday's class and intended to go yesterday, but got
carried away cooking the Ziti for the hardware dudes and totally forgot.

It was a good class and I sweat pretty much all the way through it,
but was surprisingly not sore at all over the next through days.
They have a live drummer during the class which also gives it a great vibe
and helps get into the groove of things...
No shoes required, just comfy clothes and a great attitude.

You can find the full schedule of classes at
http://www.resurgentfitness.com/
or
call (347) 405-6709

Just in case you want to see learn about what you might
be getting yourself into, here's a little info on the background Samba.

In addition to all of this, these seriously busy ladies created
TruEssencia Dance and Wellness, LLC, in conjunction with four other b-girls.
TruEssenia creates educational workshops through Hip Hop for Health.

I know from experience what one of Wandee's workout programs can do for a body & fast. I hired her to get me in shape before my birthday a few years back. I waited until the last minute(roughly 3 months before the date) and she showed up at my house two days a week, rain or shine and whipped me into shape in no time. Sometimes with breakfast in tow and always had a cute little quote to throw at me when ever I wavered. I still do some of the things I've learned from her and feel the burn every time.

You can find information about TruEssencia, more about Wandee and Deena's
person training sessions and dance classes, as well as testimonials about their work over at:

http://www.snappopnlock.com/testimonials.htm

In addition to all this, at the beginning of next month these
beautiful, talented and no doubt, exhausted ladies are teaching a
Guest Workshop @ on

Saturday, August 1st @ 1:30pm to 3pm

322 West 45th Street, 3rd Floor • New York, NY • info@bwydance.com

Grab your sweats, your girls and on over to one of there classes.
